Terms & Conditions
These terms cover enrolling in and using Grounded Health courses, including The Essentials. By enrolling, you agree to them.
Effective: June 2026
Who you're dealing with
Grounded Health is operated by Progress Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 58157848489). Contact: hello@groundedhealth.com.au.
What this is — and isn't
Grounded Health is a non-clinical coaching and education business. It is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or psychological condition. No doctor-patient relationship is created by joining. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please see your own GP, a psychologist, or — in a crisis — call 000, Lifeline 13 11 14, or 13YARN 13 92 76.
Our courses are structured education. They are not medical or psychological care, not therapy, and not a substitute for advice from your own qualified practitioner.
Enrolment and payment
- The Essentials is a one-off payment of $99 AUD — the founding launch price, reverting to $149 AUD after the founding cohort (incl. GST where applicable). The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
- Payment and course delivery are handled by our course platform and its payment processor. Your purchase is also subject to their terms.
- Access is granted to you once your payment is confirmed.
Your access licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own use. Please don't share your logins, copy, resell, or redistribute the materials. The content stays our intellectual property.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a simple refund: reply "refund please" to any course email within your first 30 days and we refund your payment in full, no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@groundedhealth.com.au.
Acceptable use
Use the course lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend access for conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or that breaches these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The course is provided for general education. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees above, we are not liable for how you apply what you learn. Always seek your own qualified advice for your specific circumstances.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
