The Essentials · $99 AUD · 4 weeks

You did everything right. So why, at 3am, does it feel like this?

You are not ungrateful. You are not broken, and there is nothing in you that needs fixing. What if the 3am question was never a problem to solve — what if it was your own knowing, finally grown loud enough to wake you? The Essentials is where you begin to listen again.

What this actually is

Structured education. The shallow end.

Not a fix — nothing is broken. Four weeks, four practices, one at a time: the shallow end of a much deeper body of work. You learn the four grounds the body actually stands on, in the order it needs them. No live cohort to keep pace with. No one watching. Twenty minutes a day, at the pace your life allows.

We breathe more than we drink, and drink more than we eat. So we begin there, in that order, and we end with the one you have been avoiding the longest — the mirror.

Four weeks, one ground at a time

  1. Week 1 · Air

    The Breath

Before food, before water, before anything, there is the breath you take some twenty thousand times a day and never once notice. This week you notice — what your own breath has been telling you while you were too busy to listen. Nothing to buy. Nothing to perform. The oldest practice there is, the one your body already knows.

  2. Week 2 · Water

    The Spring

What you drink, when, and what it has been costing you. Not a rulebook. A relearning of thirst — the signal you have been overriding with coffee and willpower for years. Small, true, daily.

  3. Week 3 · Food

    The Soil

What you put into the ground you grow from. We lean, honestly, toward more plants — and your choices stay yours, always, with no shame attached to a single one of them. This is education, not a diet. You leave knowing more, and deciding for yourself.

  4. Week 4 · Inner

    The Mirror

The one you saved for last, because the body has to feel safe before it will let you look. This is not therapy. It is reflection, and journalling, and the quiet practice of meeting the woman in the glass without flinching — the one who has been waiting patiently behind the door you keep too busy to open.

Who it's for. Who it's not.

For the woman who already did the work — the study, the promotions, the children raised well. She is starting to suspect the answer to the 3am question was never going to arrive in a podcast, a quick fix, or a brand-new morning routine.

Not for someone waiting to be rescued, or hyped, or handed a protocol to follow blindly. There is no guru here. I am not standing above you. I am a step or two along the same path, turning back to walk it with you.

What you get

Four weeks of guided lessons, one pillar each. Text for the first weeks — something to read slowly, in your own time — then audio, for the evenings when your eyes are done. Yours to keep. Yours to return to. Self-paced: start the moment you're in, no fixed dates to keep up with.

$99 AUD — the founding launch price, $149 after the first cohort. One payment, lifetime access. No subscription renewing quietly in the dark. Twenty minutes a day is enough.

Enrol

When you are ready — not before. Fill your own cup first. Everything you have been giving away comes from somewhere, and that somewhere is running dry. This is the unglamorous act of putting yourself first so there is finally something left to give. Radical selfishness. And it spills over to everyone you love.

Enrol — $99 AUD

Not sure yet? Read the 3am Letter first — one chapter, and you'll know.

This is not medical care

Let me be plain, the way I'd want someone to be plain with me. Grounded Health is education. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure anything. It is not therapy and it is not a substitute for your own doctor. If something in your body or mind is asking for real medical care, please go and get it. See your GP, see a psychologist, and in a crisis call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14. Part of honouring yourself is knowing when the right hands are someone else's.

What part of you have you been too busy to hear?
