Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Grounded Health collects, why, and what control you have over it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are
Grounded Health is operated by Progress Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 58157848489). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean that entity. You can reach us at hello@groundedhealth.com.au.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe to the 3am Letter or enrol in a course. Sometimes a first name if you give it.
- Course and purchase details, when you buy The Essentials — handled by our course platform and payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Anonymous site analytics. We use a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information or build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
- To send you the 3am Letter and the emails you asked for.
- To give you access to a course you bought and support you in it.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful — never to track you individually.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share what is necessary with the service providers who run the site for us — our email platform, our course platform, our payment processor, our website host, and our analytics tool. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Keeping it safe, and how long we keep it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then we remove it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click, any time.
- Access or correct the information we hold about you — just email us at hello@groundedhealth.com.au.
- Ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above tells you when it last changed.
